Information you may submit

When you request a Business Audit, use Help Me Choose, or otherwise contact us, you may provide your name, email, phone, business name, website URL, and a description of your situation, goals, or bottlenecks.

How we use it

We use submitted details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a Business Audit or recommendation review, follow up when appropriate, and improve how we handle requests. We do not sell your contact details.

Storage and delivery

Submissions may be processed by server-side functions, emailed to the business inbox through an email delivery provider (such as Resend when configured), and stored in a database (such as Supabase when configured). Access is limited to operating the business response process.

AI processing

If you use Help Me Choose, the text you submit may be sent to a server-side AI provider to help map your description to published HEALTH.N.E.S.S. services and pricing. A rules-based fallback may also be used. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, health records, or other highly sensitive personal data in these forms.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use basic analytics or hosting logs that record technical information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, device type, and referrer. Essential cookies or local storage may be used for site function.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage follow-up, and maintain ordinary business records, then removed or archived according to operational needs.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
